CANCELLATION
The 2008
conference scheduled for January 2008 has been canceled.
At an Executive
Committee meeting on Friday July 6th the committee made a decision
to cancel the 2008 Write on the Beach Conference.
We'd like to
change the format and the focus of future conferences and there
just isn't enough time to do that by January 2008.
These changes
will take time and much discussion. A one-day seminar is planned
for a future date to review past successful conferences and make
the necessary adjustments.
If you are interested
in taking part please let us know and we will keep you posted.
Meantime, your
opinions on and suggestions for the conference content, location,
date, etc. are important to the future of WOTB. |
